When you see a passage of scripture, you should be able to hold your mouse cursor over the passage, and the text from said passage will pop up in a small pop-up window.  When that happens, if you want to scroll that small window in order to see the whole passage, you'll need to hold the <Shift> button on your keyboard long enough to get your cursor to the small window's scroll bar.
